Audit trail
Read a chronological history of authenticated actions instead of hoping a paper margin note is still attached to the page.

What it does
Built for the work on the floor.
The audit trail is the append-only history of work in the portal. Staff sign in with individual accounts. Actions such as a recorded dose, a corrected order, or a documented observation are attributed and time-stamped. The trail is not a marketing badge and it is not a substitute for a covered-entity’s HIPAA program. It is the product behavior that lets a manager see what happened after the fact without rewriting the original entry.
- Chronological authenticated history
- Individual staff accounts behind actions
- Support for later review without silent overwrites
Look up an action, not a rumor
Open the audit trail when you need to know who recorded or changed something and when.
Leave originals in place
History is append-only. Corrections add information; they do not pretend the first entry never existed.
