Monthly MAR
Read the month the way staff already know it: one medication order per row, one column for each day, with initials that came from the pass.

What it does
Built for the work on the floor.
The monthly MAR is the paper-familiar grid for the month. It is not a second place to invent outcomes. It shows the orders and the days so a reviewer can see the pattern of administration after the pass is done. Authenticated initials and append-only history sit behind those cells, which is why the portal can show a month without asking staff to recopy a binder. Export and review still belong to people; the MAR is the readable record of what was already documented.
- Order-by-day monthly layout
- MAR codes consistent with the pass
- History that stays attached to recorded actions
Read the month, do not rebuild it
Each row is an order. Each column is a day. Staff and reviewers can scan the month the way they already know from paper MARs.
Trust the pass that wrote it
Outcomes come from recorded administrations, not from typing into the grid as a separate chore.
Use it when someone asks for the month
Managers open the monthly view for internal review or to prepare a packet, rather than photographing a binder.
